    What PHP files holds the settings for what links are in the header of wp-admin?

    I am trying to find the source so I can display part of the functions on my main site.

    Trying to the the Notepad link for the KIN plugin to display on the home page. It is a javascript popup and im having trouble locating the script for the popup in the HTML code. I figured if I could access the PHP in the admin panel, I could find the code easier.
