Hi,
Sorry for the issue it should work just fine. I tried to respond to your message through our contact, but the provided e-mail was invalid. Can you try again please? Make sure you use the correct one.
There are 2 things you should follow to restore, if can’t disable through the admin and the reset link does not work for you:
1) Remove any lines within your .htaccess file located on your WordPress root, which starts and ends with
BEGIN WP Hide & Security Enhancer
..
END WP Hide & Security Enhancer
2) Rename / remove the plugin folder.
At this point, everything should work the same as before. If that is not happening, is just a cache. There should be a cache on the server side, which you should clear. Also might be worth clearing the folder cache on your /wp-content/
I hope this helps.
Thanks

Which is your hosting provider URL and what service do you run ? I am trying to replicate the issue you reported.
Thanks
Hello!
The provider is called “ionos”. But they dont seem to give the option to clear cache from their admin control panel.
Question: How do I clear the folder cache in /wp-content/?
The site uses a popular plugin called “W3-total-cache”.
Thank you!

Hi,
Apparently, the Ionos is available for different countries, which one is yours? Also what hosting package?
You could just remove the content folder at /wp-content/cache/ to remove the static cache.
Thanks
Hi, To answer your question, they have a basic package in Spain with ionos. I have done the following.
- Removed: “cache” folder; “upgrade” folder, “w3tc-config” folder; advanded-cache.php, dp.php; object-cache-php.
2. Removed plugins “w3-total-cache” and “qp-hide-security-enhancer” folders.
3. Edited the .htaccess to remove the lines related to “wp-hide” and “w3tc”.
4. Cleared browser cache with no change, I still get a blank wp-admin screen on any device.
thank you

Hi,
For now, can you try /wp-login.php instead? Really the plugin is not active anymore so it can’t interfere anymore.
Unless there is another code that blocks that. Try to rename ( through FTP or the hosting File Manager ) the /wp-content/plugins/ to something else ( e.g. /wp-content/renamed-plugins/ ). Also, do the same with the /wp-content/mu-plugins/. At this point, only WordPress Core loads, so check if the access to wp-admin works.
If tried that way, make sure once logged-in, you re-name the folders back, before accessing any dashboard sections. Further, go to Settings > Permalinks and save once. That should re-create the perma-structure.
Thanks
Morning, this solution above has done the trick and for now I don’t see any issues of any kind.
Thank you for helping out, I was in a very embarrassing situation!
