wp-admin is missing

Hello,
Please help I can not log in to my blog ‘shavingoccam.com’
when I try to log in to http://shavingoccam.com/wp-admin – Page not found
http://shavingoccam.com/wp-login.php – nothing happen can not log in

I tried to reset password several time –> still can not log in, new passw not recognize
I tried to delete plugins and themes from cpanel –> nothing happen can not log in
I tried get some help from hosting provider –> The issue is related to a web development.
The hosting provider even make new installation of WP but the problem still remain
