    Sorry for my late reply, the “403 forbidden message” isn’t a Wordfence related message, when the request is blocked by Wordfence you see a clear message saying that Wordfence blocked your request along with the reason behind that.

    As far as I know this issue should be narrowed down with three things:
    – Your user privileges on the server. (double check that with your hosting provider)
    – “.htaccess” file. (you can revert it to its default contents using this reference)
    – Disable your plugins. (by renaming the plugins folder via FTP)
