wp-admin keeps redirecting me back to wordpress.com

I am trying to switch my website from wordpress.com to ww.wp.xz.cn. Yesterday I signed up with Bluehost and installed ww.wp.xz.cn. When I try to login to ww.wp.xz.cn it keeps redirecting me back to wordpress.com. I cannot move my site over without being able to login to both sites. Any insight? Thank you!
