This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
___
If you can install plugins, install and activate “Health Check”: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/
It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health.
On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off and switch between themes, without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.
There’s a more detailed description about how to use the Health Check plugin and its Troubleshooting Mode at https://make.ww.wp.xz.cn/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/

Thank you very much. Disabling the plugins and changing the theme did not work. Unfortunately, site health can’t be accessed as it is one of the files that though in the directory the browser shows as though there is no such file.

I’m having the same issues on all 8 of my sites. They were working fine just a few days ago. I’ve reinstalled a clean copy of WordPress 6.2.2 but when I log in and try to access some of the dashboard links, it sends me to a page that doesn’t exist message. I can’t even add a new plugin. I uploaded Wordfence via FTP and tried to activate it, doesn’t work. I get the same errors with a default theme from WordPress. I’m at a total loss. The sites look fine for the user but not for me as a developer. I need to be able to have a working dashboard. I’ve also reset the htacess file. Nothing is working. Please help ASAP.
I have the same issue. Anyone got a fix or solution yet?
