    It happens when your browser have cache in your system.
    Kindly clear your browser cache and also restart your modem or router and then try again.

    As I mentioned in my post, I tried to clear the cache and that didn’t work. I just tried it again and again it didn’t work.
    I can’t restart my modem/router because I’m at work using the company network. I have never had a problem accessing the site from here until I came into the office yesterday. It was fine on Friday.

    I have been having the same problem and cannot access my admin at all. Have tried to change my password but I get a message that I am not a user. What do I do?
