    Gentelmen,
1st and formost thank you. I have been using duplicator for a while now and it’s a life saver.

    Now for the challenge.:
I upgraded plugin, ran from a test/dev site loaded on original domain (subdomain)
now I am unable to login. wp-admin
I have tried every phpmyadmin trick, htaccess, wp-config hack, clear cookies etc I can find. just downright stuck.

I see you have a post [resolved] regarding what appears to be this issue.

Could really use your help on this one.

    cheers
    Sean

    Nothing?

Does anyone know how to fix this?
I tried yet again, re-running the installer php. everything works fine until I try to login via the wp-admin then it just loops.

    Hi,
I’ve experienced same problem as you. That was because I entered website “www” version at duplicator final step.

The solution for the problem is re-creating wp-config.php file. So, login to your ftp, find and delete wp-config.php. And then, got to your website you’ll wordpress install wizard page (don’t worry your data is safe). Just follow the wizard like you are installing fresh wordpress.

After set up, you’ll be able to login without any error.

    Hey Ruious,

Checkout this question on the FAQs page I believe it may help or provide some clues about this issue:
    -> Browse to: http://lifeinthegrid.com/duplicator-faq
-> Find question: “Why do I get a 404, redirected, path errors or unable to login after installing?”

    Hope that helps!
