wp-admin no linger accessiblle

    Hi,

    I changed the wordpres URL through the dashboard and not cannot access wp-admin. I also cannot access phpmyadmin to to change it back in the database. It’s locked down for security reasons.
    So basically I now have no way of administering my site.

    Any idea’s?
