I used a wildcard to redirect cotneycl.com to https://www.cotneycl.com/professionals/trent-cotney/. Now it won’t let me access the wp-admin page. I have to go to the ftp site to deactivate the plugin to get to the backend. When I reinstall the plugin, it picks up the redirect.

Is there a way to edit it from the backend or reinstall it so it doesn’t pick up the old settings?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
You can go to this URL: http://[Your_Site_URL]/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=301options

Here you need to change [Your_Site_URL] with your site URL and try to change the wildcard redirection URL. And then recheck.

If still, you are facing the same issue. We need to check this issue. Please reach our Technical support team here.

They will check and help you to fix the issue.

    Thanks for your patience!
