WP-Admin “not available”

    Got this error message. Wondering what the solution is?

    http://www.lithuanianresearch.org/wp-admin/

    Have attempted the following with hopes of repair:

    – renamed plugin folder
    – deactivated / activated plugins
    – turned WP debug on and off

    Wondering if anyone has experienced the same error, and what your solutions were to make it go away!
