wp-admin not load

    Hi
    my wp-admin not load
    i disabled all plugins
    disable theme
    update core files of wordpress
    change htaccess to htaccess_old
    but not work correctly
    plz help me

    Hello @atakhadivi,

    I checked your frontend and it seems some conflict due to the special character. If you view your frontend it shows Visual Composer Edit Elements Text, so maybe if you test once by removing the text and share what happens.

    Hi @atakhadivi,

    You have a 500 internal server error which might incur there is a corrupt WordPress file.
    Please keep all plug-ins deactivated and download the newest version of WordPress.
    Do the following:

    1. De-activate all plug-ins.
    2. Please replace all WordPress files except the wp-config.php file and the wp-content folder.
    3. Check if you can login again.
    4. If you can login again, check if all the front-end pages are still live.
    5. If front-end pages are not live then reactivate permalinks in the back-end and try again.
    6. re-activate the plug-ins one by one, just to make sure the problem isn’t happening thanks to one of the plug-ins.
