wp-admin not looking or working correctly

    I am having an issue with manual installations on three different sites, the problem is the same on each one. When you log into the admin panel in firefox and chrome it looks like http://rleehefner.com/wprleehefner.gif. When you open it in IE it looks fine, but some of the functions dont work. I have re-downloaded and re-uploaded wp, I have verified that ALL of the files have been uploaded and verified the size of the files. Any assistance is appreciated.

    Seeing that looks like you have not changed your DNS settings to point to your host account as this is place holder page

    or

    Did you buy your domain from Blue Fin Hosting and are you hosting with them as well if so then you have place holder file in root that needs to be deleted.

    ok the problem has been figured out. The FREE hosting you get with any BlueFinHosting domain is running stripped down. WP will work, but not as nicely as if you had a paid hosting account, which I now have and everything is good.
