    I hope I’m in the right place here…

    Recently did a full backup then selected to have all my plugins/add-ons to be “automatically updated”. Not sure if that has anything to do with the outage/down-time, but seems like it might. My web-site is still up, but I can’t manage it or do anything without access to WP Admin. Here’s the error that pops up when I try to go to the admin:

    Next time make the image public, so other volunteers can be able to see it and guide you further.

    For critical errors, accessing error logs can point you to the issue. Try to ask your hosting provider for support to help you access error logs. They should also be able to help you understand the cause of the error.

    Additionally, you could also enable debugging in WordPress. To do this is follow this guide here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/. Also, the support of your hosting can help you, if necessary, to edit the file accordingly.

    The error logs should be able to tell you the cause of the error. If you need help understanding the error, come back to this thread and post it in your next response. We will be able to advise further.

    My bad on the image link…I quickly changed it to publicly viewable. My hosting company is WP Engine. I can log in there, and I can access my web-site (www.funk.com), but when I launch WP Admin from either WP Engine or direct “wp-admin” link it fails. I’ll try to see what kind of logs I can dig up from WP Engine…as for WP Admin, I can’t do anything.
