wp-admin not working

hi there!

I’ve just installed the MultiSite plugin. I allready had built a website in wordpress and so that’s one is working, but now I want to built another website, so I installed the MultiSite plugin. I added a new website by going to network management (don’t know the exact translation ass i’m using the dutch version) and than add new site, but when I want to edit this site WordPress leads me to localhost/wp-admin and than I get an 404 error. Can somebody please help me to solve this problem as this is taking me for allready 2 days now.
