WP Admin page acnnot access

I’ve tried this plug in to minimize all the codes from view-source. Then, I tried to change Admin login URL. But the URL didn’t work. Then I pressed reset all settings.
After I did press the Reset All Settings, no more place to login; like http://sub.domain.org/wp-admin or http://sub.domain.org/wplogin.php. All cannot access and my site seemed down and no more cache over the server.
