WP admin page log in loses CSS

My WordPress admin log in page has lost the CSS to the username/password fields, as well as to the “log in” button.

I also can’t simply hit enter/return anymore upon providing my credentials, but have to click on the “log in” button.

Currently using WP 6.0 and have also tried re-installing the core files to no avail. Haven’t made any major changes to the backend lately and this issue just appeared today.
