wp-admin screen white/cannot access

    When I try to access wp-admin the screen is white. the website itself comes up fine, but I cannot access the admin page.

    Hi,

    I know this is preliminary but have you tried to access this in other browsers?

    Have you made any recent changes to your site?

    does not work in any browser

    There could be a PHP error. Did you make any code changes in the core files? You can try enabling error logging to see if you can get more information.

    I am not smart enough to make changes to the core files code.

    I managed to get in by deactivating optimize press in the ftp, but when I save a change to a page it goes to a white screen again. this si what I do not like about WP. no customer support.

    What are you paying for? We should forward you onto the right people if you’re paying for a service. ww.wp.xz.cn is not your service’s vendor, this is just a website that distributes the “WordPress” (free) software.
