Your plugin is pretty cool. I like it a lot. When testing I noticed the tooltips mess with Gravity Forms’ — looks like competing class styles for “tooltips” – I suggest you check it out. Thanks! Let me know if you have any questions.

I’ve pushed 1.1.4 now with a namespaced tooltip css class. Please check it this solves things for you.
