    Hi,

I’ve installed version 5.5 of Monster Insights.

@ /wp-admin/admin.php?page=yst_ga_settings, I click to authenticate, allow Monster Insights to be able to view my Analytics data, and receive my authentication code.

When I paste my authentication code into the highlighted field @ /wp-admin/admin.php?page=yst_ga_settings, and click Save, the page reloads as /wp-admin/admin.php?page=yst_ga_settings and I receive a “page not found” error.

How can this be fixed? Thanks.

    Hi there,
Can you ask your hosting provider to see if they have a conflicting mod_security rule. If they do, can you ask them what that rule is?

I have the same issues, on any of the sites I try it on. The same issue happens when I enter UA code manually too.

    Hi there,
If you have this issue it’s caused by a bad mod_security rule used by your host (likely NameCheap). You just need to have their support whitelist the conflicting rule for your account (shouldn’t take them more than a few minutes to do this on live support chat).
