    I can’t open wp-admin/install.php in my browser. When I try it says it an mp3 file

    Where are you installing WordPress? On a remote server or on a local server?

    Thanks Esmi for the clue! I was trying to instal it on my local server. I have opened it on the remote server and there is success! Thanks again for responding.
