    Greetings:

    Your knowledgebase article is 10 years old and I see at least one erroneous instruction.

    You could try this:
    http://anastasiasofina.com/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php

    Also, can you find the folder /wp-admin/ anywhere on your host? If so, please tell us the folder which contains the /wp-admin/ folder?

    Also, ensure that when you upload WordPress, you upload all files and keep the folder structure intact.

    The site was actually installed in a sub-directory named “altovka”.

    It’s since been moved to root and is looking pretty good! @altovka must have already gotten it moved okay. 🙂
