/wp-admin/nav-menus.php not error

Try re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

Can someone help me?
I changed the wordpress url and blog url by accident in the general settings. I changed it back by adding the code to the wp-confir file,
but now the home page is going to the real url not the dev.mycomany.com url that is the temp I’m working with.
I thought it might be here wp-admin/nav-menus.php, but can’t seem to find where to change home link.
