Hi,

On my production site, using realtime, when I change the order status to “Completed” the generated custom xml file is incomplete, the first 2 lines are deleted, the header and the <data> tag are missing.

While the XML is correctly created when I don’t use realtime

Can you help me?

Thanks, but support isn’t very responsive. I made a request 5 days ago and I haven’t heard anything.
