    Hi, I’m hoping someone can help with this. WP All Export/ Import support has not been responsive as yet.

    I have been using this WP All Export (Pro) tool to export posts in XML format to my clients for months. This week (after updating to Version 1.7.2) it does not produce a compliant XML in the same form as all the previous. An error message said “input is not proper UTF – 8”

    I would try to display the upset form and the previous correct form but can see no capacity to attach or insert a screenshot here.

    Essentially, it has lost all its formatting.

    Hoping someone can help. This is costing me business.

    Hi again,

    As I write this I see that all other queries have been addressed except mine and that WP All Import has addressed queries later than mine but unfortunately overlooked mine.

    Can I provide further information to help solve this?

    Is there some simple solution I could be overlooking?

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    My apologies for the frustration. I can see that we have an active ticket in our system with multiple replies from us and you, so let’s continue working on the issue there to avoid confusion.

    Yes, I have heard from one of your collegues now and am hopeful the problem is being addressed. I’m also hopeful there is not a great problem after all but am not certain yet.

    An inbuilt validator tool in WP All Export would be a good thing if possible.
