WP Auction is very broken

Hi. I purchased the pro version from you in June last year, and unfortunately was unaware that it needed to be updated, as I did not get any notifications. No matter. It was working fine, but yesterday my client started posting auctions, and the bidders got the “Bidder name not supplied” pop up. So I followed instructions at: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/bidder-name-not-supplied?replies=4. I then bought the $39 Instant Download, and installed via FTP (BTW – it does not yet show up on my subscriptions page). It closed all the auctions. Now, I cannot access the auctions in the backend at all: If I click on any of the options under WP Auctions on the top bar, I get this message: “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” I then followed the instructions at: http://www.wpauctions.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=581, but nothing changed. I then registered on the support forum (yesterday). I have still not been accepted. I tried mailing products@ weborithm.com, and have not received a response.
Can someone please help me?
