wp-cache installation problem

hi everyone, i’ve installed the wp-cache plugin in my local computer. after i activated the plugin, i went to “Options>WP-Cache” as instructed. But the page is not showing anything except the header and tabs… i didn’t receive any errors..

has anyone encountered a problem like this? i would appreciate any help. 🙂
