WP-Cache latest version problem

I’ve installed wp-cache on my blog latest version. But for some reason it doesn’t cache , i ve tried to deactive all the other plugins and after all is ok, but after some hours i retested the cache and again system don’t cache. This is the debuggins (only a very little part of the file txt)

I use cookie plugins for the italian policy from 2 week. It’s the latest plugins that i put on my blog.
