WP-CLI and DISALLOW_FILE_MODS

    Hi,

    I see it´s possible to run WP-CLI updates for plugins even with DISALLOW_FILE_MODS enabled. Is that the expected behaviour? (A client has asked me and I haven´t found an answer)
