WP Clone Breaking Theme Options

    Ive run into a bug on 3 sites that ive moved with the WP Clone tool.

    The cloning process runs beautifully but the new site has theme issues. The theme options arent very reliable anymore, basically the site is not listening, changes made to theme options arent made.

    This has happened on 3 sites with 2 different themes. Not EVERY theme options, just random things… Like a logo upload doesnt show, or slider settings no longer work.

    Ive tried deleting the themes and installing fresh copies, but it doesnt fix the problem.

    Has anyone run into this issue? Is there anything that can be done to fix it?
