wp clone showing blank screen

    Hi All,

    I have two word press site, which are hosted on two different platforms(Apache and IIS)
    IIS wordpress site was able to generate backup and i was able to restore the site by the url.but when i copied cloned generated file on the Apache web site and i was able to clone the site to IIS hosted site and website look all good, but ” the issues is when i create the backup of the new site migrated from Apache web server to IIS server site wp clone is returning a blank screen.

    I often find that the problem is a plugin or a cache file. Temporarily rename the plugin directory and see if you can get in. If you can then restore them back one at a time. try removing any caching php files and remove the cache plugin.

    Remember you can always use the original site as a comparison to get the new site back up. Some plugins may only need to be reinstalled.
