The link you provided http://www.visit.pt/wp-comments-post.php is not usually where people comment. Normally the comment box appears at the bottom of a post. Can you provide a link to a post? I couldn’t find one.

Hello…when someone comment on my site they will get a wp-comments-post.php blank page! I don´t know what to do anymore because i tried to deactivate all plugins…and reinstall wordpress and the problem continuos…you can see here…http://www.visit.pt/wp-comments-post.php
