wp-comments-post.php: Comments fail to post

    Hi,
    just analyzing my traffic logs from the last few months, fixing broken links and such. The traffic logs show several pages where the http POST request generated upon submitting a comment (http://skinnychef.com/wp-comments-post.php) fails to execute.

    [1] Why would that POST request fail?
    [2] Is this something I need to fix? Obviously, it doesn’t happen all the time, and not on all pages.
