Wp-config.php File

Hello all,

First want to say thank you for the wonderful theme. It is great. I want to know how I can turn automatic updates off. I have found this:

All Updates
To completely disable all types of automatic updates, core or otherwise, add the following to your wp-config.php file:

define( ‘AUTOMATIC_UPDATER_DISABLED’, true );

But when i go into editor under the appearance tab, I can not seem to find wp-config.php Maybe I am looking in the wrong place, or there is something else I can do to turn off automatic updates. Any help here would be appreciated!
