    Hi. Can’t download any themes or plugins, basically everything is buggy. The following error is on the top of the page in my dashboard.

    files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove //home/bestgulf/SHINEYSSWEET.COM/wp-content/advanced-cache.php on line 22
    i did also whatever forum said in. also i delete plugin still website is blank

    Will really appreciate advice.
