The plugin automatically generates RewriteRules in /wp-content/.htaccess with a leading slash in the ‘src’ parameter (src=/$1.$2). This causes a 404/image generation error on servers where the document root is structured differently. It also lacks an option to prevent the plugin from overwriting manual .htaccess fixes.

Is this htaccess – file support only premium feature? I’ve been using pro version!
