wp-content issue

    Hello,

    I’m sure the answer is simple… I hope.

    Currently, all media is being uploaded to domain.com/wp-content/uploads/year/month

    I just want everything to be uploaded domain.com/content/ without the “wp” or the date reference…

    I have read several, and tried several solutions, but nothing seems to actually fix this issue.

    How do I fix this issue?

    You can do away with year/month by not checking settings>>media>>Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders

    The wp-content directory is written into core files and can’t be changed as far as I know. Every theme ties to this directory also for media as does the media library.
