WP Coupon permissions broken

I am using WP Coupon plugin. Editor permissions were working fine a week ago which allowed an editor to create, edit, and publish coupons.

Now the editor role cannot work with coupons at all. I have enabled all 11 permissions in the coupon permissions group, but it is still not working.

Also, there is supposed to be additional permissions settings in the WP Coupon settings that will allow an admin to configure editor coupon permissions, but they are not showing from the admin account. I’m not sure which plugin is working/broken.
