WP CRON cannot run

Hi everyone,

I have just received this email:

While trying to spawn a call to the WP-Cron system, the following error occurred:
Too many redirects
This is indicates a problem with your server’s permissions, resources, or general WordPress setup.

What would I need to do to fix it, I have cloudlfare with WP Rocket with O2 switch Host.
