• Hello,

    I have WP6.9 and got the following error every day:

    Cron reschedule event error for hook: action_scheduler_run_queue, Error code: could_not_set, Error message: The cron event list could not be saved., Data: {“schedule”:”every_minute”,”args”:[“WP Cron”],”interval”:60}

    Can you please advise how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

    This is a message from the “Action Scheduler” component. This is not part of WordPress but is used by various plugins. There is also a separate plugin that allows you to manage the tasks in this component: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/action-scheduler/

    1. Back your site up, just in case of something goes wrong and you can restore to the previous state;
    2. Switch the current theme to default one;
    3. Disable all plugins.
    4. Then, verify whether you still get or not any error/warning messages. If not, it’d mean the culprit’s some specific theme and/or plugin. So, you’d try out every theme and plugin activating every one individually up to you to find the issue source. But first, update all themes and plugins, so check out the compatibility every one with to latest WP version. Compatibility unmatching could be the cause root.
