Hi, our site wend down today. Was getting internal server error.

Fixed it by re-starting the EC2 instance. The site started working. But when I tried accessing the dashboard, it was broken, some random icons and question marks. Do you have any idea how I can get this fixed?

Screenshot of WP admin was like:

I am afraid if my site got some malicious content, or it might be some issue with the corrupted files.

Have any idea? Thank you so much.

Online Scuriscan was unable to scan due to 403 forbidden error: https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/https/travel.earth

Find out why you are getting 403.

You may also want to discuss with your hosting.

    Thank you for your response.

I will check for the forbidden error. However, can you please suggest why wp-admin is showing the page as in the screenshot ? any suggestions to fix the same.

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you can install plugins, install and activate “Health Check”: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/
It will add some additional feature under create a new menu position Tools > Site Health.
On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off and switch between themes, without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.
There’s a more detailed description about how to use the Health Check plugin and its Troubleshooting Mode at https://make.ww.wp.xz.cn/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/
