WP Dashboard

How come the user can still see and use the wp dashboard..the plugin is great but i would love it if it stood alone, whereby the user can upload or edit their image on profile on the plugin front end as opposed to having to go to the their wp profile dashboard itself..this in itself still ensures security issues…
