WP Database backup question

I want to backup my wp database. And I find there are 2 official webpages that intruduce how to do that.

My question is:
On page 1, it tells me “7. The DATA section – Leave the boxes inside this section unticked, but make sure to keep the checkbox next to the “DATA” heading checked.”

On page 2, there is an image (http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/File:backup4-1.png) tells me that I should check “Complete inserts” & “Use hexadecimal for binary fields”.

I also find page1’s SqlMyAdmin control panel UI and page2’s SqlMyAdmin control panel UI are difference. Mine looks like page2’s. So how should I check the Data section checkboxes when I backup my WordPress database?

By the way, what I use is the newest version of WPMU. But I think the method to backup database is same as WordPress.
