Are you referring to using the Theme Check plugin here

If yes, I wouldn’t worry about the results from that too much. The theme hasn’t been updated in over 2 years by the author, I’m not sure if it will ever be updated by them either. But those errors shown by the theme check plugin don’t necessarily indicate that the theme doesn’t work as your site loads for me.
The errors displayed by Theme Check aren’t related to the gravatar image issue that I responded to on your other thread.

I cannot access the functions.php to actually add the default gravatar in discussions which is apparently the only way this will work.
Since I could not access it I ran the theme check. Which why I now need help. I understand about the errors and im ok with that. however, the functions.php has disappeared and is no longer available to me. How can I resolve this without changing my entire theme/site
Where are you trying to access the functions.php file from? The theme editor? Does it list all of the other files to modify and only functions.php is missing?
Which gravatar code are you wanting to add? A gravatar is for comments/author images and doesn’t deal with the issue in your other thread. That issue deals with the og:image (og = Open Graph) just using the default image provided by the theme in the event that one isn’t set.
Hi! There is no option to modify anything. I mistakenly uninstalled the theme while looking for another and had to redo everything and now it’s working. What is not working is for example a share of a blog post.. The avatar comes up blank.
