WP diehard move “Save Changes to Database” button

I have a table with about 15 columns. I have a Data Project (parent child). I use different views of the child table at different times to update the table. In each view I hide several of the columns. I reposition the columns which are displayed to the top of the form. This, however, leaves a lot of dead space between the last of the displayed form items and the “Save changes” and the “Return to parent” buttons.

Any way to move these buttons or eliminate the gap? On my Mac it creates a lot of unnecessary scrolling.

Here is a link to the screenshots. This is not a big deal. Just thought there might be an easy solution. Also, any chance to modify the words from: “Save Changes to the Database” something like “SUBMIT”

Your previous link worked fine! 🙂 I already noticed. I’m working on it. The next release allows you to overwrite the labels of the most common app buttons… 🙂

Hi Lawrence,

I changed the button label to submit, and I realize now that I overlooked the space issue. Sorry for that! Unfortunately I cannot reproduce this issue. Can you give me a URL where I can see what’s going wrong? You can use the contactform on the plugin website if you prefer to send information in private.

What would be good labels for the buttons “Back to parent list” and “Back to child list”?
