WP-Ecommerce Payfast Intergration Issue

We seem to be having a problem with a website zemiente.com that is using WP-Ecommerce with Payfast payment gateway.
From last week the following issue has been found:
When an order is completed on the front end of the website, the client successfully pays. The money does reflect in the website owners payfast wallet however the WP-Ecommerce Plugin does not update as Payment received, the status on the payment remains as ‘Incomplete Sale’.Due to the status not changing, the store owner does not receive an email notification from payfast as payment received until he manually changes the status to Complete on the WP-Ecommerce Plugin.
We have contacted Payfast and they advised that the plugin is working fine, what could be the issue?
The version of payfast we are using is 1.5.0
Version of WP-Ecommerce: 3.9.3
Version of WordPress: 4.1.1
