WP-ecommerce shipping error

I’ve been having issues with the wp-ecommerce shipping module and would appreciate some troubleshooting assistance. I’m also using the gold cart plugin and the storefront elegance theme. (http://storefrontthemes.com/themes/elegance/)

Problem: No shipping options show up until you click “same as billing address” and then after selecting a location the option vanishes. I went in and added some content which has since been removed, double checked the code and reverted any issues. Could this be a conflict between the new wordpress, theme and plugin?

Please help, I need to get this up and running ASAP.
