wp editor toolbar missing

Hi Guys,
I get the polylang version 1.5.3 and wordpress 3.9 and the plugin doesn’t display the wp editor toolbar on backend.
It gave me an error by Firebug console after clicking the switch tab editor:
switchEditors is not defined.I also attached an image with the issue:

I guess there are some kind of javascript conflicts but I’m not be able to detect by myself.I really appreciate any help you can provide.
