when i click on email link. i am not able to get email template. i redirect to website only.

You Need To Re-Generate The Permalink (WP-Admin -> Settings -> Permalinks -> Save Changes)

I did it but still when click on email link it opens a popup of website only.

Go to WP-Admin -> Email -> Email Settings and change the email link options?
