WP email plugin not working

    Hello, I am unable to successful get this plugin working. I linked a simple “subscribe for email updates” on my blog, but I am not receiving the notifications when I test suscribe.
    ‘Also, I installed the plugin contact form and I am not receiving the emails.

    I tried linking to Brevo so that I can respond to subscribers when I have a new post, but I am not recieving notification when I test subscribe.

    I can see that 20 messages are in the WP email box, but I these emails are not in my email account that I set up with this plugin. Is the plugin holding personal messages and not allowing me to access unless I upgrade to pro?

    I just need this working because it’s been wasting time and delayed my work.

    should I just use another company? They don’t have any customer service for this plugin so why would I upgrade?

    Thanks for reaching out! Just to clarify, our plugin does not determine where an email is sent To. However, it can determine where they are addressed From.

    When you have trouble getting email, the first step is to check the debug logs. If there is an issue communicating with the mailer service, the debug logs will often show an error message that can help point to the problem. Check out this guide on our site.
